You must keep your account details accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, bank account details, or contact information must be reported to 8svip support and may require additional verification. Name changes after account creation are not permitted except in cases of legal name change supported by official documentation.
8svip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable belief of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, underage registration, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions. In cases of fraudulent activity, all balances — including deposited funds — may be forfeited.
8svip operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be triggered at any point during a Player's account lifetime at 8svip's discretion.

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete. 8svip is not liable for any delays caused by incomplete or illegible document submissions.
If a Player fails to complete KYC within 30 days of the first verification request, 8svip reserves the right to suspend withdrawals indefinitely and, in cases where fraud is suspected, to close the account and return deposited funds (excluding any bonus amounts) subject to satisfactory identity confirmation via an alternative process.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. 8svip does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which 8svip accepts no liability.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 8svip account. Players must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. 8svip reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal at its discretion, particularly for large amounts or unusual account activity patterns.
Standard daily withdrawal limits and any applicable maximum withdrawal caps per transaction will be communicated within the Player's account dashboard. VIP tier members benefit from elevated limits as documented in the 8svip Loyalty Programme terms. 8svip reserves the right to apply manual review to any withdrawal request exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.
Account balances remaining unclaimed for a continuous period of 12 months, where the account has shown no login or transaction activity, may be classified as dormant. 8svip will attempt to contact the registered email address before applying any dormancy charge. Dormancy charges, where applicable, will be disclosed in the Player's account dashboard.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 8svip are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer — including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that offer only.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any portion may be withdrawn. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Contribution rates for each active bonus are displayed in the Player's bonus dashboard.
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any bonus or promotional offer — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players — constitutes bonus abuse. 8svip reserves the right to void any bonus, confiscate associated winnings, and close the account of any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at 8svip's sole discretion.
All bonuses carry an expiry date as stated in the individual offer terms. Unused or partially-wagered bonus funds that have expired will be removed from the account balance without further notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

All bets placed on 8svip are subject to acceptance by the Operator. 8svip reserves the right to reject, limit, or cancel any bet placed at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event whose outcome is already known, where a system or pricing error has occurred, or where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits.
